Your welcome discount expires 30 days from the date it was are issued (the day you signed up). Check the terms of your discount which can be found in your My Account section.

What happens to my 25% off discount if I make a return on something I bought with my reward?

Welcome 25% off discounts are single-use only and won't be reinstated into your account once redeemed.

When will I receive my Welcome 25% off discount?

After you register as a Bonds member, the Welcome 25% discount will automatically apply at checkout on your first order.

How do I change my password?

Sign in to your account using the Bonds Member 'Sign In' link in the top right-hand corner of www.bondsaustralia.com. Once you're signed in, click on 'Your Account' in the top right-hand corner and once on this page click 'Account Information' and tick the 'Change Password' option. Enter your existing password, your preferred new password, confirm it and click 'Submit'.

Sad face, but we get it. Head to the My Account page and click on Email Preferences in your menu. Once there, click "Unsubscribe" to the different types of emails you don't want to receive.

You can also click "Unsubscribe" on the footer of any Bonds email you receive.
